Turnkey Assemblies

Machined and fabricated products can be assembled by our dedicated process team per your design criteria. We are equipped to handle small and large quantity orders. Our experience includes, but is not limited to: valves, actuators, wiring harnesses, and custom fabricated assemblies.

Machined Parts

We specialize in precision CNC machining and are skilled at holding tight tolerances in a variety of diverse materials. Our machining capabilities include four axis CNC milling and turning. We also have an onsite dedicated and isolated plastics-only machine shop for critical products demanding surfaces free of metal contaminants. Customers may benefit from one of our many post-machining services including a variety of chemical and abrasion resistant coatings, micro polishing, laser engraving, anodization, and precision welding.

Repair and Refurbishment

We are well versed in repairing and restoring customer’s used components and assemblies to increase lifetime and ultimately reduce costs. Whether your need is a simple tear down and rebuild or a more complex refurbishment, ESP is ready to assist.
