Josh excels as an engineer because of his extensive hands-on experience, deep understanding of mechanical principles, and inquisitive mind. He is able to communicate complex aspects of design in easy-to-comprehend terms to customers and machinists alike.

Joshua has a diverse background in Engineering and Manufacturing ranging from robotics and automation to electronics manufacturing. He leads the Engineering Team to develop new solutions for our customers. He is the rare engineer who can snap between the low-level details of a design to the high-level vision and expectations of the customer.

Outside of work, you will find him backpacking and camping with his family, coaching little league baseball, brewing beer out of his garage, and trying to summit the highest points in each state with his wife.
