CNC Milling
We have a wide range of milling capabilities with the 8 different vertical milling machines. Up to 4 axis machining with high pressure cooling, high speed machining up to 15000 rpm, and a max table size of 64″ x 32″ x 30″.
CNC Turning
ESP delivers precision CNC turning for the critical industries we service with 6 different turning centers that have live tooling, sub spindle part transfers, bar diameters up to 3″, and billets up to 15″ diameter.
Plastics Only Machining
We have a dedicated area for plastic only machining where we have segregated some of our equipment to machine plastics only. This reduces the risk of contaminates for our customers who operate in clean room environments and cannot have certain metals like copper contaminate their parts.
Quality Inspection
We ensure top-tier quality control and compliance by incorporating industry-standard tools and methods including inspections with two automated Coordinated Measuring Machines (CMMs) capable of complex GD&T verification accuracy up to 0.0002″.

Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)
We excel in Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) or consignment management. We are happy to work with you to understand what yearly/monthly usage you might need parts delivered. We then keep inventory in-house and/or at your facility and maintain the inventory levels for you.
