Who We Are

Founded in 1999, ESP (Engineered Semiconductor Products) began with a mission to supply precision-machined components for semiconductor manufacturing in Central Texas. Over the past 25 years, we’ve grown into a trusted global partner, delivering high-quality parts, refurbishment services, and custom solutions to the semiconductor, energy, aerospace, and other high-tech industries.

With deep expertise in machining metal alloys and high-performance engineering plastics, we’ve expanded into specialized materials, advanced coatings, and complex fabrication. Today, ESP supports nearly every area of wafer fabrication—including Etch, CVD, Implant, Metals, Diffusion, CMP, and Photo—along with precision mechanical repair and refurbishment services essential to high-performance equipment.

In 2020, we welcomed SPM Technology (Sather’s Precision Machining) into the ESP family. Founded in 1976, SPM brought decades of experience in close-tolerance machining and a strong culture of technical excellence, significantly enhancing our capabilities and broadening our in-house offerings.

Committed to growing alongside our customers, ESP made significant investments in 2021 and 2022 to expand our operations. These included the addition of new capital equipment, an isolated machining environment dedicated exclusively to plastics, and a new quality inspection area. During this time, we also achieved AS9100D certification, building on our ISO 9001:2015 foundation. These advancements not only strengthened our semiconductor capabilities but also positioned us to expand confidently into the aerospace manufacturing market—a parallel industry with similarly stringent requirements, specialized materials, and mission-critical environments.

ESP has built a reputation for precision, reliability, and a proactive “can-do” approach. Our customers rely on us not just as a supplier, but as a collaborative partner—engaging us to support inventory management through Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and consignment agreements, as well as engineering and technical services, including Design for Manufacturability (DFM) support, custom-designed solutions, and reverse engineering.

We remain committed to innovation, adaptability, and delivering dependable, high-quality solutions for the industries we serve.
