Aaron is originally from Houston TX and is married with 3 children who keep him on his toes. He has been working in semiconductor manufacturing, equipment improvement and solutions-based manufacturing since 2006.

Aaron works continuously to seek out new opportunities to serve customers, grow product & service offerings, while increasing ESP’s reach. He is passionate about meeting commitments made to ensure ESP customers are not only satisfied, but continue to collaborate for years to come.
